In this book, the Lord seeks to unveil the workings of the spirit of faith in the life of a believer. The spirit of faith is granted to a believer at the point of the new birth. The measure of faith
granted a child of God when he received the Lordship of Jesus Christ provides the platform for righteousness in his spirit. The measure of faith serves as a foundation for the access of God’s word into the recreated human spirit. The spirit of faith is increased or grows with increased exposure to God’s word. The word of God is the source and the essence of faith in the life of a believer. However, the obedience to, or the doing of God’s word is what strengthens faith in the believer. Thus, our faith grows when we receive more of God’s word. Our faith is made strong when we do or obey God’s word which we have received.
